Machine for surgical mask manifacturing
Automatic machine for surgical mask production, through a welding system with ultrasonic technology. It only takes two people to operate on a machine. The basic operating system can produce 40-60 masks per minute, with 180 mm ( lenght) / 90 mm ( width) product dimension.
The machine is equipped with : configurable flex-veil systems, calenders for material tension control, welding steps with advanced ultrasonic technology, an insertion point with nose-clench and cutting calender.
Combined with the mask forming group, there is a system for the application of the elastic bands mask catch- ears. The two groups are placed in separated stations.
The machine could be draw up with a second catenary and welding, for the elastic thread behind the ears. In this way, it’s possible to produce from 40-60 masks per minute to 80-120 masks per minute.
